Well it’s my first day back since burning my foot and it’s gone totally to pot [emoji49]
Started well until I went to make a cuppa and found out I forgot to pack my Zbing tea bags [emoji47][emoji23][emoji23]
But to top the day off I came off the M40 headed up the A43 towards Brackley got past the Esso garage and the compressor has gone , so I’ve limpted just in to lay by ,
So watch it if you’re on A43 and you see a white trailer at a start of a lay by I ain’t going any were [emoji6][emoji47][emoji47]

Look on the bright side, at least you can tell all and sundry that you normally drive an artic.
this resonates so strongly with me, as I picture our sole Bendy driver when he’s put in a rigid for the day “it’s not my usual wagon I’m usually in an artic” , I guess it’s the equivalent of me potting around in a 26tr being downgraded to a transit van , I think I can understand the need tbh.

The way I see it I’m paid to drive a truck be it a puddle jumper or Artic I’m paid the same rate what ever ,
I’ve got a nice easy day sitting in a sub station while they test a circuit out , and the sun is shining
