Hi SteelboyF10
I remember that Transconti very well it looked the Dogs when it was new and the driver always kept it very clean,if I remember right they had a trailer painted in the same colours.Great to see the picture taken on land at the back of the precinct, loads of drivers who had the wagons home in them days would park up on ground in many areas of the town.
The yard that the Foxley volvo was in ,is that down the lane at the back of the Tavern ?
Always thought that Caddies had a good fleet ,though they worked their wagons hard.

That transconti was driven by my old man neil clorley . yes it did look the dogs when it had the box on the back i had many a sick day off school traveling the country in it. he did then go on to work for dave hatswell and stayed there untill the end of his days.the old man passed away in hatswells yard in 2001 next to his truck .
