It’s because when somebody comes on with an opinion, there are too many on here who either take the ■■■■, shoot him down in flames, or both. I admit I have done it myself in the past but only when somebody has said something that is particularly bloody stupid :unamused: , I have also had it done to me a few times by a certain few (you know who you are :laughing: ) but it’s just water off a duck’s back to me so bring it on :sunglasses: :smiley: , where as a new poster, or a delicate little soul takes it to heart, and is reluctant to give any opinion that he thinks will be disagreeable to the majority, the result being that the forum becomes bland, safe, everybody agreeing and bordering on boring… So there! I have an opinion :laughing:

I look on view your posts and am disappointed when no one has added anything for a few days.I was driving a coach and got a tug from the nice VOSA people at the race course.Some on here think that buses and coaches dont get their attention.He had me for not wearing the seatbelt,bang to rights I suppose.

A forum is 5% software and 95% members, if the majority say little the rest will say less. The other day some poster was having a go at Dar1976 about posting a lot, I couldn’t believe what I was reading, an opinion is an opinion and is the basis of any conversation on the internet, the poster may not always be right (in my case) but at least they have contributed to a thread, people do not log in here to stare at the colour white, they are logging in to read an opinion, the more is posted the more will be posted, so maybe you need to ask if you '‘are past your sell by date’? :smiley:
