Fashion house Asos has brought in logistics firm Norbert Dentressangle to run its giant UK distribution centre, in a contract worth more than £100 million.
Asos, which targets young people aiming to emulate the designer looks of celebrities, employs more than 1,200 people at its 1.1 million sq ft centre in Barnsley, S72 7GX. Asos also plans to extend the facility by 25%, effectively doubling storage capacity at the site.
Business development director Martin Palmer of Norbert Dentressangle said that the new three-year deal marks the beginning of a long-term partnership”.

they are just around the corner from me and are always after warehouse staff ,they seem quite busy judging by the traffic

That maybe correct - I think the new place is for Internet Shopping.
You could try other Nobby depots at Redfern Glass at Monk Bretton, Premdor
at Darton, Next at Manvers Way or Pilkington Glass at Tankersley.
The M&S warehouse at Tankersley/Thorncliffe/Chapeltown is run by Nobby but
the transport is all run by DHL.
