I’ve been looking into this freeman stuff lately and must say it’s fascinated me. Before I go on I think the bloke over reacted to the first VSA guy by recording him and putting the whole ‘pull’ off to a bad start.
The freeman belive in only 2 laws. Don’t cause others either loss or distress and keep the peace. There natural laws and when you think about it cover all the legislation, statues, regulations we adear to.
courts are corporations and as such we have to contract with them or there public officers. that’s why they need name date of birth and address. To contract with them and stand under (understand in legalese ) there rules and regs.
historicaly this all came from maritime law and that’s when you go to court you cross the balstrading, you stand under the court and appear in the ‘dock’
mind of us less information me, but the general subject fascinates me.
