To be fair though, There could be a whole host of reasons why they did it, familly emergency etc. The driver of the black car has no excuse.

Both similar cars, maybe they’re together?
Missus asked why the truck didn’t pull foward after they’d done their manouver, I said he’s probably got his tacho on break 
Am I right?
One evening this week after a five car crash on the M25 J25-24, we closed the on slip at J25 briefly because the traffic wasn’t moving and people queuing to join the slip road were blocking the roundabout, and subsequently the A10. After about 15-20 minutes, the lanes had been cleared and the slip road started moving, so the closure was removed. As I drove down the slip road I was met by a Saab driving towards me. He was low on petrol and been waiting in traffic for nearly 30 minutes. (didn’t think to turn engine off I suppose). The Police arrived, I thought fixed penalty notice £60 3 points, but have summonsed the driver for dangerous driving !! I think one car was about to follow him then noticed me driving down the slip road. Saaamon is correct, one driver uses the hard shoulder then loads will follow him.

Probably got cheesed off watching truckers enjoying nice cups off tea and nose bags whilst they sit there starving
I love it when you see the old bill collar them, seen it ouce whilst stuck on a roundabout blocked like how extrucker described, guy reversing up slip road,got booked (i assume) at the top and sent back down to rejoin the traffic. I was howling with laughter, thats got to be a bad night

I belive we have emergancy services to deal wtih all types of family emergancys, there is no excuse for things like that
