I think lots of drivers mocked irlam s starting again(even though there are cynics amongst us who arnt so sure stobarts arnt there in the background still pulling the strings ),most of the work talked of stobarts have lost,can’t get back,just get Dave to start up again,get the work,and cream the profits off it ,can’t be true can it,those kinds of things don’t happen in BUISNESS do they

They got this at a good price, it’s listed for sale at £47,000.
Not the first time something like this happens. Sell the company part of the agreement is you staying board the company for a while then can’t start up for so long.
An old boss of mine started up a skip and recycling division for a construction company built it up big skip yard with recycling facility 40 trucks on the road. Got shafted after one of the owners of the parent co put a mate who didn’t have a clue about the business in a management position.
My boss resigned his directorship and couldn’t work for a rival in the area or set up for 18 months as part if his settlement package.
Soon as this was up he set a firm up nicked a fair bit of the best work back and the original firm is going down the pan.

Can’t see that. If they bought any number they would of got them much cheaper

Stobarts have got nothing to do with them. I wonder if things were sold to give David and Micheal their start up money look at how they were bought out, only 50% roughly was cash, the rest was shares and loan notes??
