In Bratislava, at Slovnaft refinery, there’s a kind of very long wide layby or lorry park along the road. Many drivers stop there, some of them use services of the ladies hanging around.
Big show there on Tue morning - first a police car arrived and the patrol spoke to one driver through open window. Ten more police cars arrived afterwards, negotiator talked to the driver. Then police commando stormed the cab - to free a prostitute that the driver had held and demanded her to “return stolen stuff”.
The lady of the night was checked by doctor and unharmed released.
The 41 year old Lithuanian driver is in custody charged with taking hostage - facing jail term (probably suspended).
If he let her go when told to do so, it would only be restriction of personal freedom, a fine and free to go.
And I doubt he even got his stolen stuff back.
