Hi guys
been looking at these forums for some time and in need of your excellent advice
if this is the wrong forum for this then please mr mod move it
just recieved a nip dated 20/10/06
the so called offence occured on the 17/09/06
at 2108
i live in eastbourne , and i’m certain i was no-way driving at that time of day
this occured in maidstone
cant think who had the van that day,have been on to me guvnor and he assumed it was me,because i normally have the van ,and often goto canterbury to get me son
personally the nip as arrived after 14 days
so shall i contest it ?
should i write tell em they’ve screwed up and it wasnt me
whats your surgestions guys?
any help is most appreciated

Looks like your boss has already made his mind up.

The NIP would have originally gone to him and he would have had to tell them who was driving it which it appears is you.

The only thing you could do is reply back and say you weren’t driving it and then they’re gonna ask who you think was.

Think i know who the culprit was
think its the boss, sure he done a exhibition breakdown that day
will phone him in a minute and remind him
he prob thought it was me as i normally use the van work or private
