As far as I can see this âinjusticeâ is more like incompetence or just bad procedures and could have been sorted out more amiably, I donât think anyone would seriously suggest that you should accept responsibility for something you havenât done m8, Itâs the gun hoe lets nail em all attitude that youâve shown whilst sorting it out thatâs questionable.
One things for sure if you throw the toys out of the pram too often youâll have to move again to find some more work !
Like has been said before grinding axes like this does nothing for work offered as your name travels far and wide.
A mate of mine emigrated to canada and for three months after that you could sit in a traffic office and still hear his name being called as the agency were short and booked him in !!!
This resulted in him being banned for no show.
I despise agencies as most are your best friend when they are in the mire but will drop you in it as soon as look at you when it goes wrong.
most of this thread has been going round in circles and facts repeated. within a couple of hours of it being posted it was removed from my control (if it was ever in my control) when i sent the NIP back. it is entirely up to the SCP whether or not anything comes from this no matter what people think. i have no power to prevent or pursue a prosecution. its not my call to make
there used to be a guy at pollocks called the gravedigger is he on this forum planting then exhuming this post under another guise be intresting to actually see what happens in a few weeks time on the legal side in stead of throwing stale (zb)at each otheir

for those who dont know, last summer i landed a tramping job. i thought i was delivering plant as in machinery (if others can do it, no reason i cant) but it turned out i misheard the phone call. there was an S on the end. no machinery involved, just lots of leafy green things going to ayrshire and ireland

one week on, another letter from the SCP.
they are sending another NIP to pollocks but no further action will be taken.
this is now closed. nothing else to discuss (especially about the plant/s thing)
I know I,m getting onto this at the tail end but on the day in question were you working for somebody else or was it a rest day, if you were working providing tacho records of vehicle you were in would be easy!
