is the maximum for night 12 hrs i.e 6pm to 6am and does this include breaks or can you add them on top . ta
depend if youve either collectivly or individually opted out of the working tie directive the limit is 10 hrs max including breaks if you havent

NO Ady its still the same as its always been there is NO limit to night working hours if you have opted out you can still do a 15 hour shift as long as you have the proper breaks.
Even if you have opted in to the 10 hour night rule you can still do 15 hour shift providing 5 hours are either breaks or p.o.a. or both mixed together to make 5 hours .
