You’re welcome.
Does this 10 hour rule mean from the time we start till we finsh? or is it the combined time of work and drive only?
I work for a well known parcel company and last night i started at 6pm and finished at 6am which i am told was legal as i had 1hour and 40 minutes break time.

6 to 6 is 12 hours so minus your 1 hour 40 minutes of break that wouldn’t be legal as that leaves 10 hours 20 minutes of work and is over the limit. It would be legal if there is an opt out in place or you also had 20 minutes of POA in the 12 hour shift.
