Night shift bri A107TWC

is this your old les sampson motor you was looking for bri

Hey that’s brilliant, that’s the motor. It was my first brand new motor. I knew it ended up at Holman’s but I don’t know how. When Sampson closed the Sunderland depot all the motors went back to London. They were supplied by the dealers at Purfleet so presumably they all ended up back there, but it’s a long way from Purfleet to Goole. Thanks very much for that, I’ll put a copy of it in my computer. Thanks again.

they bought this one and another, A23 ROO there was also A24 ROO and that was bought by a bloke from rawcliffe

Sampsons first Scanias were all A-- Roo. Here’s a couple of pics of them, the one with the three motors in was taken at the depot on Sunderland Docks.
