tk max castleford. Ran out of time loads there. luckily though we disconnect from trailer and park out of way once we are on a bay. wake up in morning to go look for our empty trailer and gone lol.

I had an unexpected night out at Heathrow cargo centre, when there was a problem with the Icelandic volcano and ash cloud. Arrived at 3pm on a Friday, left 3pm Saturday. Slept in the parking area after a few choice words with my office and the reception (term used lightly) staff at the freight handling company. I think they were struggling to accept more freight as there was no where to store or even palletise on aircraft skids. My office said I couldn’t bring it back until it was offloaded, as it was booked on a flight, which coincidentally took off at 13:30 on the Saturday so it didn’t even make it onto the plane!
Still, got paid an extra nights out dough, and I was on overtime rate by the time I arrived until I got back!I received a very nice ■■■■■■■■ there, years ago, took a Girlfriend with me in a D Series 7.5 tonner, was in the queue for sooooo long, we covered the windows with cardboard & passed the time playing with Little Viking [emoji4] (although he was BIG at the time)
