Ive seen on another thread a new renault with new paint job and flashy alloys,i thought he had gone skint and called it a day a few month back,whats the crack they usually do a name change when they make a comeback,how can you call it a day then come back with new flashier motors 
Basically because they can, been doing it for years, and for some reason the government doesnt seem to want to change the rules, probably because it will affect them in some way.
The normal way is put everything into a LTD company, liquify the assets, go bankrupt, theres nothing left to take, so then with your good name or wifes name, rent a few trucks and start all over again.

This, or the same group of directors do a reshuffle and come back, although usually under a different name.
Chances are if you dig deeper, theyāll have called themselves āXYZ ltd Trading As Nigel Riceā, this way they can use the name without the crap.
Surely they would have to loose contracts then start looking for work again,if they did work for me and pulled the plug telling me thats it ,then came again 2 month down the line with obvious higher rates because they couldnt make it pay first time and let me down id tell them where to shove it,mud sticks
