But serious where’s all the money going and how can they justify this.
Along with this congestion charge lez charges other toll charges be London is raking billions a year yet where’s it all going
Or is it maybe owned and operated by foreign company’s which wouldn’t suprise me
I am pleased to say that they can’t chase me for fines against the lez, they got rapped over the knuckles for illegally chasing EU residents.
Not that I’m ever likely to go there again though.
