Finally got my provisional C. Checked online and it’s there today.
What are my next steps to take? I’ve been studying my theory and hazard perception whilst I’ve been waiting for the entitlement adding.

I would book your theory tests, after these are passed go and have at least a couple of assessments before choosing your training provider.

As my licence is showing provisional now online. (28/11/2014) do I have to wait until it comes through the post before having to sit the theory & hazard perception tests? If so how long should it take to receive my actual licence?

You can book them, but you need the physical licence in your hand to sit them
