Keep trying if you are interested ,i bet its like most firms nowadays ,a lot of drivers are getting near to retirement and they want GOOD bums in their seats 
I applied a few months ago at Bristol, was supposed to be perm but turned out to be rolling contract, Money was approx. 27k plus 1 k allowance? nights 45 hours I think.
Only thing I know, is that a lot of those from S. Elmsall seem to think the speed limit on A1 is 56 mph … always seem to be flat-out on the limiter

Its because its such a great place they cant wait to get back 
theres a lot of transport in south elmsall/south kirkby apart from the tipper men i know the big players make you stick to the limits ,to many gaffers on the a1 for anyone daft enough to speed,blame it on the agency men everybody else does if they are on salary they still get overtime.
