Saw a bloke today walking through the services building wearing hi Vis.
Nothing unusual there, but on the back of his vest was emblazoned the word “DRIVER”.
Nothing else, no company name or embellishments.
I will be putting my request in to the relevant department in the morning

Simple answer is he most likely works for a large Company where HiViz is the order of the day in any department and all its showing is what department he /she works from.
Driver - Warehouse-Maintenance- Workshop- Security so if anything untoward happens and cameras are in use it easier to identify what dept and ask why was he / she in a particular area at a particular time.
He would be a member of the Jack Richard’s, I mean Turners brigade.
