Done nights for over 3 years and to be honest it made me quite ill. Great if you have sleeping issues but if its quality of life you want i would say avoid them

Whats up with nights? They are fantastic.

The pay well, the roads are quieter, work is easier and if you are in a tipping in a dc you can sleep a lot easier.

Young AL you should have a pm, unless I cocked it up.

Well :unamused: he asked about Newell & Wright working nights, not working nights!

Mate of mine went to work there about 6 months ago on nights and he said it’s a doddle. Set run and usually can be done in good time (accidents, overrunning roadworks exception) he loves it. Opportunity to get his head down some nights depending on job of course.

Never discussed wages cus it’s none of my business.

I saw an advert in our local rag advertising for nights at said place, it also said improved pay structure? Just wondered what that meant and what the pay was. As for the job it’s pretty self explanatory mainly running box’s down to the various ports and bringing a full one back. Or at least that’s my take on it
