Just want to say good luck to all the new drivers who have been successful in getting that first step on the ladder. It’s good to see so much positive attitude, both from and towards you, and good luck in your new career.

It is nice to get a balancing view rather than just hearing from the ones who are struggling 
Totally agree Rog, I fully understand that certain parts of the country are suffering more than others- but it goes to show it isn’t all doom and gloom even for new drivers.

Certainly there’s distinct signs of improvement in the employment market for new drivers. In some cases, employers are expressing a preference for newly qualified.
There is no doubt that it’s slowly getting better out there.
