Hello all i am 32 from bristol
I want a complete change i work a bristol airport driving a 7.5t iveco truck i have past my driving test in july 1997 so working at the airport i did not need to past my hgv test because it is private property so i have experience on driving truck and reverseing
My manager tell me about this site. I have been reading some of the topics and to stay a way from the brokers and to go direct to the training school . I have seen that scania do training are they any good to go with i am thinking to go with avon driver training and paul brown any advice please
Definatly go and see them for yourself before you decide , have an assesment with them and see how you get on , many companies offer a free assesment or deduct it if you book with them , see if they are on the list of recommended trainers that are listed on this forum , all in all be sure that you are happy with them before commiting and good on ya for staying away from brokers you have just saved yourself a lot of heartache !
all the best and welcome

Scania is a listed recommended training school on here.
I have had dealings with Avon Driver Training. They sub out to a couple of instructors (both of which I have had driving sessions with). I can recommend both instructors. If you want more details send me a PM.
Good Luck with your training
