New test centre passed it's test!

Yes, our new training centre (NG17 3FW) has been inspected by the nice folks at DVSA and tests will be run as of beginning September at the new site.

Don’t forget our Open Day - SAT 12th Sept from 9am. Free bacon butties for all (sponsored by Adina’s Recruitment), tours of the site and a go at reversing an artic if you fancy it.

Hope to put some faces to names. Pete

congrats Peter, great news :sunglasses:

What happens with this out of interest Pete?
Does an external examiner come in and test your pupils or do you have someone on site who is able to conduct the driving test?

Congrats Pete.

Nice to see a descent company growing for a change

Yes, an external examiner visits to conduct the tests. We had the very first private test centre in the UK which is currently running from our other site.

The major benefit to the candidate is that absolutely no time is spent travelling to test routes; they start at the gate. Also practicing the reverse on exactly the same bit of concrete that you’ll be tested on. Many trainers don’t have a properly marked area of the correct size so this is a big plus.

It’s also a very relaxed atmosphere in the centre. It’s not stuffy and formal as some test centres can be (not all).

Yep, that’s exactly how I found the guys (and girls) at the old place!
Can’t wait to do my C+E at the new pad, it’ll need a bit wear and tear inflicting upon it!
SCRAPE…

Excellent and well done, I wish you all the best.

Paul

Well done Pete and team. I passed both c and c+e and keep recommending you to peeps who ask. Best try and remember to tell them you’ve moved.

Looking forward to 21st September start my C+E course and take a look round the new place.
