Hi we have a leaflet from the Rha put up on the wall about these cards, it says u must have them from may 2006 all are trucks are old so do not have this type of tach fitted.
does the law require me to own one even though it wont be used?
No, you are not required to have one. However you will not be able to drive a truck fitted with a digital tacho without one, if you have no new trucks joining your fleet and you won’t be changing jobs then this won’t be an issue.
