Hi all can anyone shed some light on a question I have? I have just got my licence back from renewal after 2 months!! On the ack of the card is a traffic light with the amber lit.
What does it mean?? I have tried looking on the direct gov site but it only lists old type licence?. 
It’s a security feature to help prevent fraud
Its just a security logo which is the same on all of them now
Maybe they will use the 3 light system in the future to determine whether a driver is good average or bad !!!
It is the OCRS score of your firm 
Its the amber before red, and means dont jump a traffic when this is showing. 
Mine came back today valid for one year with the amber picture. I wondered if it was highlighting the fact its a medical renewal licence.
