The last sign has 3 destination slots but only 2 of them have milage indications printed
One of them has a mile marker right in front of it.

Which sign is that prior to Bridgewater or Exeter ?
Maybe down to the ‘non prescribed’ authorised working drawing which states ‘3 locations’ rather than ‘3 or less’ I did mention it to them but who am I to question their expertise

I’d love to see piccy’s of those so I could take the p!ss appropriately
I went into London on the A1 recently and there was a Gulf station selling fuel for £1.35 a litre. A station only a few mile down the road was selling it for normal price, approx £1.
God knows why anyone would fill up there but hey, someone must be buying it.

My point exactly Terry. A stranger to the area will spot an upcoming garage, glance at his/her fuel gauge and decide to fill up there regardless of price just in case there’s not another opportunity for miles. A sign giving them distances and prices will also give them a choice. In that scenario your chancer charging £1.30 will either hopefully go bust or drop his prices to compete.

Exeter, in fact the one that’s 2 miles prior to Taunton Dean .

Yeah, I noticed this earlier! Although technically it’s not a mile marker but a location sight which occur at 500m intervals.
