I think you are correct there John with your “obo” and a Scotsman as well Tut Tut !
But he has those poxy flags stuck in the screen there there isn’t much down for him as far as I’m concerned 
I think it’s just a shadow making it appear to be arse about. I’m not only giving the driver the benefit of the doubt, I reckon if it was wrong, the back would be billowing

Dennis, there was a pic that popped up on my facebook feed a couple of days with a haulier called either Dan or Don Bewick from somewhere in your area. Any relation?
