Many years ago i pulled into a layby on the A483 Wrexham by pass between the Bangor on Dee exit and the Bersham exit.I pulled in to check my load when an old batterd red Nissan van pulled in.Driver got out saying he was deserate for desiel as he was nearly out and needed to catch the Holyhead ferry and was willing to pay double the cost of the fuel and he only wanted 5 gallons.Told him he must be stupid to want to give his money away as he had just passed a garage about a mile down the road and there was 1 a mile further up the road.He mutterd something an just jumped back in the van and was off
