I see that Brittany Ferries are going to assist in setting up an unaccompanied trailer service between Cherbourg and Bayonne.I am out of touch since I retired but this route to Spain I used countless times back in the day.First night out was either Claude’s at St.Genis or the BP Truck Stop at St.Andre.I think the latter closed years ago,the blame being put on eastern European drivers who fill up the parking but bought nothing else.Many years ago i tanked my car up there but it looked very run down.
