It is almost self explanatory. No trucks allowed using sat nav alone, common sense must also be utilised, in other words an HGV won’t fit

As said more or less, I assume it means “if you’re in a truck, don’t let your satnav send you up here”
Shame they can’t provide some old fashioned “alternative route for hgv’s” signs…
It means at this point your ■■■■■■ and theres no where to turn round 
Theres one of those signs just before the turning for cardiff docks which is a bit stupid seeing as the road is the main one from the a48 to the docks.
The sign is no use at all unless it gives you details of an alternative route.

They generally protect unclassified roads, advising you not to leave the road you are on. They can’t really give an alternative route without knowing where you want to go.

What I meant when I posted pretty much the same thing was like you sometimes get with bridges and weight restrictions - just a way around the problem; to the nearest suitable road (at the other end) or a suitable route to wherever the problem road takes you.
I think i prefer those replies!
