Another revelation from The Vatican! The reason Pope Benedict retired was NOT because of ill health. Taking his cue from Tony Blair, he stepped aside to allow the second choice in his election, Pope Francis to accede the throne, just as Gordon Brown did. Pope Francis will step down in two years. The real reason is that the two of them had been covertly running a business outside the Vatican, which has gone global and will take all their time to manage. They have branches worldwide, including the UK and Ireland. Remember this the nest time you visit FRANKIE AND BENNY’S!!!
