This road should have been built and opened 20+ years ago (the initial plan was ready to go in 1995) the onset of a Labour government in 97’ and dithering by the useless Welsh Assembly since has finished it off, it’s now being resurrected as a toll road what a total joke.
Coming home from Avonmouth where I work this morning I couldn’t help but notice the amount of traffic coming out of Wales and how little was going in because the Welsh economy has been ruined by those clowns in Cardiff £6.20 in a car on the bridge £18.60 in a truck, then five minutes later you will have to pay again! what a total farce.

That’s cos they’re too mean to come back, they’re all over in England waiting for the tolls to be abolished… 
Did the M6 toll ease congestion? I think it simply created a bottleneck at both ends.

Think it might even be motorway; they’ve got the average speed cameras up and running already, nice to see they’ve got their priorities right!
Bloody cameras - 4 a.m., nothing on the road - got to be good!!
