It doesn’t say you must have work permits to apply but if you need a permit to work in the UK then they will only consider employing you if you have one. That’s a good thing because it seems they run a legal operation.

just wonder that if you ever need to go into hospitalin an emergency ( life or death) or such like and there is what you would class as a non British person as your doctor/nurse and they are the only ones available would you refuse them to deal with you as they are taking away jobs from the White british man who is so proud that he will not work for less than x amount as he woudl find it so demeaning whilst so many others are willing to do those jobs ■■?
Beliveing minorities dont have a good driving record or expect a decent wage is also a racist view! imo.
PC is a very strange thing because YES it can be crazy! unfortunatly so can people who are racist!
There is a fine balance of being racist and applying common sense, not all get the balance right and some pay a heavy price, which is why PC is/has gone mad!
That in its self is making some quite respectable folk believe that some members of our society are benefiting from it! which is crazy in its self when you think about it! In my opinion folk who leave they homeland and families because of ifliction and danger, not danger we have ever seen but real danger then any help they get is deserved!

Because they are making it clear that they won’t discriminate against anybody and are making it clear that anyone one can apply regardless of their ethnic background, people who because of their background may not consider applying for driving jobs because they fear the industry is populated by people with bulldogs views.
I’ve just had a look in the local paper and a quick scan showed 11 job adverts with that sort of wording in it so as I said before it is fairly standard these days. If I ever get round to advertising for a driver I would most likely include something along those lines to try to ensure I encouraged as many people as possible to apply.

Of course if this company feels it is that important to make it clear that anyone from any ethnicity can apply for this job, being all inclusive, why not mention women. Im sure women find this industry more difficult to get into than an ethnic man?

FFS Some members of OUR society need help in joining the very society that their choce to join! well I am sorry if you dont want to help, but thankfully they are many who do! people are people we all live and smell the same air! we all want to better ourselves! helping others who would normaly have problems is an art we should all share! regardless!

no it is not a get bulldog thread as you say it is a case of those who cannot abide racism in any form expressing their views
if bulldog was able to make his points in a manner that did not involve basic rasicm then i am sure that this topic could have had a dfifferent outcome but as it was in the fact of only whites should have the chance of these jobs then that is what people are expressing their views at.
