New jobs and future prospects

Brand new multi million pound pet food warehouse to be built in Shepton Malllet,Somerset,credit due to where it belongs to the directors to invest in this project,with current economical climate in the uk,they are brave,new jobs to be created.Anyone looking for employment,i would register your interest to beat the queues.Framptons Transport Services Ltd will be recruiting warehouse and fork lift driver posts.

Yes they are doing well as is the other side of Framptons who make the juice, smoothies amongst other things.

Clive the founder of the food side has passed away,made a lot of jobs,the transport side has the Brothers drinks work,they are the sons of the Babysham couple that used to live in Beckington,a mansion with a pool,and a Rolls Royce back in the 70 and 80 `s.

Didn’t the brothers have a big falling out ?

yES BIG TIME.the transport at the food factory is not done by the family that own the haulage side of the two firms.

Yes they did mate certainly in the '80’s anyway I was at Mantons then , before they got big and Framptons were competitors.

They still make egg products such as frozen ommelates for example and the boss has egg1 for his number plate on his £70,000 Range Rover Sport so they’re doing ok.

Yes they did mate certainly in the '80’s anyway I was at Mantons then , before they got big and Framptons were competitors.

Mantons was where I cut my teeth on class 2 job doing liquid egg type stuff to factory in Rotherham from a farm outside Harrogate used to be a lad there on forks big on LUFC can’t for life of it remember his name but he was fastest unloader / loader ever!
