starting back with an old firm i worked for a few years ago next monday and working my notice this week

question is the firm i working for at moment all lorries are still analogue tachos and firm im going back to are on didgi cards

do i take my last 28 days tachos with me and give back at a later date or hand them in on finishing date

i no in the past we got a letter off the new firm to say only started that day and had no previous tachos

all new to me this didgi card stuff so any advice will be greatly received

I would say keep hold of youre 28 days of charts and send them back to youre old employer week by week untill the four weeks are up.

keep your tacho’s and hand them in when they are due, you are required to keep them by law

if the current company wants them immediately, they have to take copies and you keep the originals

as said … tachos belong to you for 28 days . they can have copies then post the originals back when each week is due
