Well it has been less than a year since I did my C+E, C was 6 weeks before. Anway just after I passed my C I tried a lot of firms, I got a job doing Recovery driving (10-18T lorrys and once on an artic). Anyway the money was poor but lots of hours to make it up.
Anyway I start a new job a week on monday doing yard (16t FLT) and HGV class 1 (C+E).
I found the new job last night and sent my CV in at 20-24. I have a phone call asking me to go for an interview at 8-00 this morning. Interview was at 13-00 today and I got offered the job at 16-49 tonight.
Also this one is Monday to Friday so weekends off!!!
So there are jobs out there (including my old one!!!)
