The code of conduct for lobbying only applies to serving MP’s and then applies for 6 months after they leave, possibly unethical but not illegal or in breach of the code.

So, over the weekend it was reported Greensill was given access to 11 Gov departments whilst Cameron was PM in the coalition administration. Some “confusion” over what was or wasn’t reported at that time.
More revolving door politics.

The Times reported that Cameron told friends he could make $60 million from Greensill.

Marina Hyde was never likely to be one of Dave’s chums. Her piece here doesn’t hold back.

We can all rest easy.
Johnson has ordered an enquiry into the Cameron/Greensill affair.
After a month of saying nothing Cameron has released a statement saying “I didn’t actually break any rules. Honest”
Dunno who is to head the enquiry yet. Guess it won’t be Alex Allen…
Nor Samuel Kasumu…
.
Is Chris Grayling doing much these days? He’d be choice for such job I reckon.
