Went into darlingtons but they didn’t have anything for a while so I went to Allan Morris in sandybank Nr queensferry north wales! Start next month can’t wait!

They have some tidy motors.

If you don’t mind getting dirty, the job’s good and pays well I believe - mate works for Plevin doing same sort of job.

Whatever you get will have a nice layer of dust on it by the end of the 1st day.
Priority number 1, get an airline to clean your cab.
Advice I’ve been given is to get a leaf blower - obviously petrol powered - to save on sweeping unless you want the excercise, even with a board there’s a good bit of sweeping after walking.
A decent respirtor is a good investment for your health, but a lot of the heroes don’t wear any, even the paper ones provided, then wonder why they snot and cough up saw dust etc :unamused:
If you’re tramping, most don’t pay parking in that line of work, so get your shower whilst you’re out and about, you’ll get used to places obviously, but try asking at drops etc. Some services are now charging for showers, so not as easy as it used to be :imp:

Yeah got an airline and a dyson hand held Hoover! They supply you with a good respirator dual filter one just need to get my own overalls as they give paper ones! :slight_smile: as for the showering I’m asking some of the lads where they shower nowadays cheers for the tips!
