Nice pics Pete.

I parked at the Shell station a few weeks ago at Beek, just around the corner from Limpens, and got woken at midnight by a security guy asking for €8 for parking. He said I would get a free coffee and a shower,so I said it’s not free though,it’s €8 for a coffee and a shower. He wasn’t impressed!

I used to use the restaurant next door, but see it’s been gutted by fire. :frowning:

Are you in Limpens very often?

i bumped into a ptm driver at the weekend in his old erf.

Hi All,

F88 passed me on the 62, followed him onto Harthead Moor, had a quick chat, belongs to Steve Smith from Smith Bros, Widnes, he’d collected it after some refurb work and had just gone through MOT, going in for complete refurb to cab external and internal, should be on the circuit next year.

Photo below, shows how things have changed with tall tgrailer next to it, used to think the F88/89 was a massive truck !!! -

Regards
