New here :), Starting my C training...advice please

aa

Guys, sheesh stop the hounding. I can confirm the shops there, I’ve been in it myself and i’m the one who started the thread asking for advice. I do not want his to turn into some sort of game of oneupmanship. If it carries on I’ll ask the mods of this forum to remove the entire thing. where supposed to be professionals, act like it please gents.

On a good note my revision for my theory is slowly ticking along, ( i really hate theory) and my dads sending me a check for the first buch of my theory fees later this week. Has anyone any good links to online theory training? as i said before im trying to do my theory, hazard perception and CPCmod2? before anything else.

Cheers

Ste

hiya mate with regards cpc brummie macca has posted a brill walk through of cpc mod have a look at top of forum there are dvd`s for hazzard perception that you can practice with or go to the gov website think they have a few freebies to try out Ive lent my theory book out so would have gladly posted it to you but not expensive to buy hope this helps jennie x

Hi stehinch, you were asking about prices - these may have changed since May 2010 so a phone call to double check may be required :exclamation: multipul choice questions £35, hazard perception £15, cpc case studies theory £30 ,practical driving test £115 weekday (£141 if weekend only at certain centres). Good luck.Hope this helps

Hello again Stehinch

We use a company that can be found at drivingtheory4all.co.uk Their online product is really very good as they licence the use of every single Theory question directly from the DSA. You can do multiple trial exams until you are achieveing the required pass mark of 85% or more.

The CPC Mod 2 part is not so straightforward as the DSA will not release the questions for this.

Hope this helps

Thank you SimonB. There will be no need for you to apologise, I can understand how the mistake could easily have been made.

There really is no need for constant unpleasantness particularly about something you know very little about.

Anyway the point of this board is to help each other.

regards

John
