I got emailed the above link to some “new” guidance from the powers that be today, not sure if it has already been posted on here or not.

Still full of the same curtains are just weather protection nonsense.
I’m still not sure if they really think load security is an issue or if it’s designed to get operators to buy new kit and keep trailer manufacturers in business. Surprising just how many trailers there are out on the roads made in the last century.
The piggybacking vehicles section aimed at de Rooy is a good laugh.
