I recently passed my Class 2 test.
I work in an office Monday to Friday.
I have joined 3 agencies trying to get weekend work to get experience. I can then leave my office job and go full time on the agency.
But I have not had anything.
I ring them every week to say I’m available.
I have even asked for van and 7.5 tonne work but nothing.
I have contacted companies direct also.
Can anyone give me some advice for the Hertfordshire Area.

Persist with personal visits. That’s often the way forward. You are restricting your chances by only being available at the weekend. But not sure what you can do about that unless you’re loaded and can afford to chuck your job in (not normally recommended).
You could get CE which would open more doors without doubt. I’m assuming you’ve done driver cpc.

Try Knights of Old they have a yard in Hitchin, and they advertise on their site that they consider newly passed drivers, so may be worth a look.
