This is aimed at car drivers 17-24, but how would this affect myself (19) and any other HGV drivers under 25? I work night shifts, so could this affect, or even cost me my job?
Also, is this likely to be imposed on current license holders, or only new passes?

I doubt anything will come of it, but if a curfew was brought in I’m pretty sure an exemption would be made for qualified LGV/PSV drivers, at-least while at work.
Hoping so, not seen anything yet though.
