Try any of the agencies if you are in Belfast, if you are near Donegal Bradley takes on new drivers, if not just knock the doors around Armargh, Sawyers and Morgans might be good for giving a start to a new driver.
You could try mc Burney transport near ballymena , I know of ones in there teens on for them , although it seems to help if you know another driver to get you in the door so to speak
