Hey guys and girls, new member here just thought id say hi and make myself known.

Recently passed my class 2 (6 months) and have had a pretty steady stream of work on 12t and 18t in south wales with abit of HIAB work too but all through agencies sadly, but if thats what it takes to get experience then thats what needs to be done.

Still looking for that full time big break and the chance to prove myself but for now a shall just plod along and keep dreaming for now lol.

If anyone has any hints or words of wisdom that would help get me over the ‘your not 25’ and ‘you dont have 2years experience’ hurdles id be all ears.

thanks, that seems to be the gen i get from most people i ask.
