The extra 50p p/h is only for those pulling a glider loaded with freight behind the airbus,which is then subtracted from the wage of the pilot flying the glider which is compulsory on a rotational basis. 
Airline passengers: Self-loading cargo with attitude.
I understand that it’s the pilot who has to pay the airline £7.50/hr to fly for them, not the other way around…
