There is a long list of priorities of things that should be sorted with an Actros before ■■■■ mirrors. :smiling_imp:

It was well maintained, but 9 years of building site work takes it’s toll.
My actros is like a Rolls Royce,in comparison.

They might not be the most suitable for narrow country lanes and some of the more weird and wonderful places some of us get sent to . For others it will be a god send . whatever works best for you in your situation .
Can’t see them lasting long in places like this .

I see…

What your saying beefy but, there’s always the option of folding the mirror in.

There was a village in France that was really really tight for two artics to pass. After a few goes of having my mirror nearly knocked off by flying Dutchmen and speeding locals, I just folded the thing in before I got to the narrow part. On Masons going down tiny lanes to farms to collect spuds, I used the same technique, fold it in as soon as I got off the B road.

As an aside, did you ever do Morocco? If you did, we might have got tipsy in a bar once together.

Probably not me mate - never got that far - though not for the want of trying . Can’t even get a load to the very far North of Scotland these days

What you did there.

Your namesake was a ■■■■■■■ scream in a bar in Casablanca many years ago.

Looks good…
Until the software goes wrong and lorry stranded at side of road and a fortune to fix.
