need advice please

i have got a chance to work in a cement truck for a local cement company but the guy who phoned me runs a franchise and this is the guy i be working for if i take the job but i dont no what the benifits would be for me as a driver in his truck. any advice i would be gratefull

His company structure should be of no consequence. The more important point is that you should be paid regularly, on time, and correctly for the hours you have worked.

Unless I’m missing something, I don’t see an issue.

Should be exactly the same as being an employee of any company, you work for his company, he pays you.

Wouldn’t worry about him being a franchisee, shouldn’t affect you in any way, its just the way he is set up with the cement firm.

also with driving hours i can work 9hrs a day does that include unloading when i switch to other activities?
