dont expect it to be available for tomtom very soon as they use/ are buying teleatlas 
this will be available yes but wheater routing engines in satnav equipment will be able to use is another question.
currently a vdo eu disc will around 150 last time i check but this may have changed, expect the new hgv ones to be much more expensive as th maps will be bigger due to the new extra data that has been added
