I’ve worked for a few bosses like this before, and have always told them to stick it when they show their true colours. Not worth my licence.

so long as your getting paid by results,then wheres the biggie if it suits you? …if your not,then therein lies the problem…always makes the job more of an adventure than plobbing along.some do,some dont.each to their own…i dont see the point of doing it then dobbing in your boss.though gunga din no doubt deserves all he gets

It never fails to amaze me every week in Commercial Motor and also court cases in some of the monthlies, how many operators still operate like this.
If I as much as drive one minute over my time I know I’m in for a bollocking!
